Q: How does the 4-hour AI Credit regeneration work?
A: Instead of a strict monthly limit, your AI credits replenish every 4 hours based on your subscription tier. The timer starts upon your first AI action.
Q: Why isn't my copied text appearing in the app?
A: This is likely due to your Smart Rules. Check if the "Ignore Content" toggle is active (Blocklist Mode). If it is, Neural Clip intentionally drops matching content.
Q: Are my passwords and sensitive data safe?
A: Absolutely. By default, Neural Clip is local-first. Your history stays on your machine. Data is only encrypted and sent to the cloud if you actively use an AI model or enable Neural Sync.
