Refund Policy
Our strict but fair refund policy for AI subscriptions.
1. General Policy — No Refunds
All Neural Clip subscription payments are strictly non-refundable. Because AI API compute costs are consumed immediately and are unrecoverable at the point of processing, we cannot issue refunds once a charge has been made. No prorated refunds are available for partially used billing periods under any circumstances.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing. To cancel, use the subscription management link included in your Paddle receipt email. Your premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will occur.
3. The Only Exception — Accidental Purchase
A full refund is granted only if both of the following conditions are met without exception:
- 1.You email qasmdanyal9@gmail.com within 48 hours of the original purchase date.
- 2.Your account has consumed strictly zero (0) AI tokens — meaning no AI features have been used whatsoever since the charge.
If either condition is not met, no refund will be issued. Refund requests submitted after 48 hours or from accounts with any AI usage will be declined.
